Whether guiding a $90M fully automated manufacturing facility from blueprint to reality or mentoring the next generation of leaders, he thrives where strategy meets execution.

Away from the boardroom and factory floor, Shawn is a devoted husband to his wife Pam, with whom he has shared more than 30 years of marriage. Together, they’ve raised three daughters and built a life rooted in family and community in Muscatine, Iowa.
